I appreciate the compliment. In fact, I miss waaaay more often than I hit. I took over 1,000 shots on our road trip but there are only a few I would feel like sharing. I think I'll take a photography class at our local JC this Fall to help me understand how to get where i want to go with this camera.

We don't talk about all the ones that end up in the recycle bin.

It really is all about the light, with outdoor photography. This photo proves it.

Have fun at the photography class. I could use one myself, if I plan to actually take this seriously. I haven't quite decided on that.........just a fun passtime for now.

That was taken in May at Linville Falls, North Carolina. I'm amazed at how much lovely water there was flowing in that state.

Especially in the mountains. If I ever get back to my home state...


I fell off a mountain ledge a long time ago jumping in and out of the water there.
