Bears on a web cam

I can't get that shaded portion on the right to close out with the X, but if you hit the "pop-up" button (the top one on the right), it'll "pop up." It's kind of quiet there now -- a couple of bears and lots of salmon, but it's relaxing to watch.

3. I just get a black screen

I press the arrow and it spins, but stops again to the black screen.
