Perhaps choose 1/3 of the top photos? Since we used to choose 10 out of 30, that would compute.

But it's really up to you!

Cal Peggy is correct that many times we use the 1 in 3 ratio for FINALS when there are fewer than 30 entries (10 in FINALS max). But as host, it's up to you. If there are several tied, or close in votes, I would suggest expanding the number in FINALS.
