A transplant from my former life to my new one.

1. It's a lovely flower!

The angle of view is unusual, to me, anyway.

2. The first time I saw one I wan't sure it was real.

I thought it might be from the Star Trek prop department.

I shot it from a slightly low angle to minimize the chain link fence it's growing on. No matter what angle, the bloom is magical.
