Announcing the Theme for the November contest: "IN THE SHADOWS"

Photographers, Friends, Fellow Voters: even though the election is not over, and may drag on for a good while, the theme has arrived.
MNHTNBB the winner of the October contest first place has sent it and it is "IN THE SHADOWS".


Let's think about this together, I am warming to the idea. Often times in the past I had to think about the theme, and after a while of ruminating and living with it the possibilities kept overtaking me.
So after I received the theme I took a walk with Lola, and came home with this cellphone shot.



Probably not what she had in mind, but it worked for me at the time.

Start thinking and shooting or checking your archives. I will start submissions in about a week, will get precise about the entire timing of the contest tomorrow.
We will maybe wrap this month's contest up before we have a new President officially declared. But I am hopeful about the outcome and stay on my knees.
