Photo Lesson #3

flamin lib has very kindly offered to tutor me on the joys of Paint Shop Pro; today was our third lesson! The learning curve is like Mt. Everest but I am progressing. It is getting easier, thank goodness.

Hope you enjoy these photos! I do prefer my revised version, obviously.

The second photo puts more zing into the flower and the background is less distracting. That is my amateurish take, anyway.

I absolutely agree with your not-so-amateurish take! I wasn't going to post the original, but flamin lib suggested I should so that you could see clearly what was going on.

I think my photos will gradually get better than they used to be.

When I actually looked at the new version, I saw what I'd done.......and I laughed to see my progress.

It was a good moment.

It's my pleasure to share.

Post editing software isn't intuitive, it's like learning a new language.

But that's really nice of you to say.

I can see my progress and I know I'll get very proficient.......someday!

You're an excellent teacher: patient, thorough, thoughtful............and did I mention patient???

Love the Star Trek quote!
