More news for Zuikophiles

I posted earlier that OMDS has registered a new camera in Asia, now they are releasing a new lens development roadmap. They have announced a 20mm f1.4 and the 40-150 f4 rumored earlier. All three products are weather sealed and will be deliverable in early '22! There are three other un-specified lenses in development, two tele zooms and a new macro. The macro is probably a 100mm to join the 30 and 60mm macros already available.

In early September OMDS did a poll on which tele zoom should be developed. The options and vote totals follow:
50-250mm F4 IS (26%, 1,062 Votes)
50-200mm F2.8 IS (15%, 631 Votes)
150-600mm F5-6.3 IS (14%, 567 Votes)
150mm F2 IS (9%, 359 Votes)
400mm F4 IS (8%, 341 Votes)
400mm F2.8 IS (7%, 287 Votes)
600mm F4 IS (6%, 261 Votes)
40-150mm F2.8 IS (6%, 238 Votes)
300mm F2.8 IS (5%, 225 Votes)
500mm F4 IS (5%, 193 Votes)

It appears the OMD line of cameras and associated products is alive and well.
