There were rumors going around about a "female doctor" when they were looking at replacing Matt Smith. I think this is a fascinating move and should make for some interesting drama for the show! I'm sure there as some folks griping about the move, but I'd wager those that are crowing have seen little to no episodes of "Dr Who"

I've loved every Doctor so far, and most of the companions. I'm sad to see Peter Capaldi go as I think he came into his own this past season.

Doctor Who's return is always the best part of Christmas for me!
