I think Philip will sacrifice himself to save Elizabeth. He will die, and she will live knowing he wanted out of the life but chose to save her.
She may make it back to Russia only to live alone: knowing the Cold War was lost. Her life of spying cost her everything.
Stan's going to be devasted. 50:50 chance Oleg makes it out alive.
Paige after her dad's death pretends she doesn't know anything about them being spies. Henry legitimately doesn't know.
Claudia survives to supervise other illegals.
