Anyone watched The Gilded Age?

Downton Abbey in New York of the late 19th Century?

Interesting. Yes, a hint of Edith Wharton. Hard to imagine that in this country there were the "downstairs" and that servants dressed in livery.

Interesting. Just watched the first installment and will follow the rest.

Husband's with titles now back by American dollars. A couple of them were from my area in NY.

Those being the daughters of the elite American families.
