I spent a summer in Miami back then (1963) and have fond memories of the way it was... South Beach was quite mellow (many hotels were closing then).

We'd go to see jai-alai and jiujitsu matches ..have Sunday Brunch at the Fountainbleu or the Carrillon..

Dinner at Les Violins (best chateuabriand in the world)

I mean its freaking Sonny Corleon. He is one of my favorite actors. His voice just strikes terror into me. I could listen to him read the contents of a can of soup.
