Game of Thrones: Episode 9 Dance of Dragons....***Speculation Spoilers below.

Well, Stannis has just failed the test of what kings are made of.....apparently he has to cheat to win. In light of his most recent choice of battle strategies, it makes me sense that he will die very soon at the hand of Brienne of Tarth from the pointy end of Oathkeeper. I think the show has built-up to this possibility. Brienne talking/sharing with Pod the Squire about her bond with Renley in earlier episode and her first oath was promised.....I just hope that Ramsey and the Boltons are snuffed out before that happens.

I was thrilled with Dany riding Drogon as this is who she is..." Mother of Dragons" ; glad to see her back on task....Tyrion is just awesome.....Jorah has been redeemed but what the hell is going to happen with the greyscales? That said, it was discussed in previous episodes that Stannis did seek out all the Maesters in the land to cure his daughter...which was a success. So, maybe Tyrion will recall the incident.

Jon at the Wall....I think he is going to have his "awakening" moment. I am a fan of the Prince who was Promised.

Okay...what say you?

where the dragon is taking Danaerys.

What is Tyrion going to do now?

The dragon scene was awesome, but it was very predictable.

I'm not a reader of the books.... I heard that Dogon may take her to the Darthraki Sea. Since Ser Barister was killed off; he was the one who managed Meereen in Dany's absence per the books, since he is dead, it appears Joarh and Tyrion will fill that charachers task.

I've heard they sent out a casting call for a male to fill the role of a Darthraki Kal.

As a big fan of the books I am surprised that going off the books doesn't bother me, I guess it is like having another book?

I think your thoughts are as good as any. I was hoping we would see The Hound again. There is a possibility in the books, a small thought to it anyway.

Aside from the absolute horrors in the last 2 I am enjoying how this is put together. I loved the dragon scene. Can't say more because I don't want to spoil it.

I will say, although I am constantly worried that Jon Snow will be killed off, that I too see an awakening and would dearly like to see him also riding a dragon. As a warg he could rule the world with one. He and The Mother of Dragons would make quite a set of rulers. We will just have to wait and see.

I heard that Kit Harrington already signed another contract for 2 more seasons....that is reassuring for me. I want to read the next book that is due out in say December???? I just don't have free time to read all the other books. My daughter has....

What bothers me are those damn greyscales..... Also, what happened to Greyworm? I know he was injured but did he die????

I was wondering last night where the Unsullied were. I kept hoping they would come, did I miss something in a previous episode?

Good to know about Kit Harrington. I hope it is true, he has really done a fantastic job with this character.

I actually can't remember if Grey worm died. I thought he did but now I just don't remember.

I'm loving Tyrion in Meereen. Secondly, Joarh with the greyscales makes me anxious....nervous. Again, he won't get honest and the outcome will be tragic.

Looks like Sansa will get tough next episode...

Isn't it transmitted by touch? If Jorah is infected, how can he touch other people without infecting them? ETA: I read that you have to touch the actual greyscale to become infected so if he keeps it covered, nobody can touch it and they can't get infected.

I thought the Shireen storyline where they explained how she was cured of greyscale may have been brought into the tv show to show that it is not always fatal. This makes me hopeful for Jorah.

I understand or at least sense there will be an epidemic of sorts...we just need information about them in the very near future.

It's obvious from this season that they kept mentioning the greyscales like an annoying pop-up window from a Google search.

Tyrion might be of dragon blood? I think long ago I was talking to someone, maybe Jeff, about this. The Mad King and Tyrion's mother either through an affair or most likely a rape? If so could the big surprise be one of the other dragons swinging by to pick up another rightful rider? Ok, I know nothing...but anything to keep Jon Snow from leaving.

I can't wait for tonight but I worry about how it will end and I hate the long time between the seasons.

Tywin Lannister was always saying to Tryion that "your no son of mine".....plus, setting him up in deadly situations where most folks would of died. Finally, he just sentenced him to death. So, there was underlying hate there. I'm thinking Tywin didn't want the shame of his wife having been bedded and impregnated by the Mad King. Tywin also transferred that hate onto Ceresi.

So, does that make Danarys his sister? How cool would that be? Maybe in season 6, Tryion will meet with the other dragon in the catacombs and their bonding will happen by surprise.

I have read some speculation but not a lot. This just makes sense to me. Dany, Tyrion and Jon Snow (until last night.....maybe) have been three large pivot points around so much that has happened. All the other is just life, important yes but not the important thing. I could be totally wrong here, there are so many characters out there that have a lot of story left I think, Arya and Sansa and Bran of course.

There are 3 dragons. Dany, Tyrion and who else will ride them?

Just watch, first episode next season Tyrion will be eaten by a dragon and there goes that.

GRRM hates us THAT much! I still have not forgiven him for Ned, I will never forgive him if Jon Snow died not knowing who his mother was and if he offs Tyrion I probably will just roll over and give up.

Brilliant, incredibly complex books with a story that has mesmerized so many people.
