What is happening in Arizona is the opposite of voter fraud

Conservatives alleging voter fraud in Arizona really have no clue about how elections work here.

What is slowing the process down is that each mail-in ballot goes through a vigorous signature verification process that is labor intensive and time consuming.

In addition, Maricopa County's personnel and technological limitations cap the number of ballots that can be counted to around 80,000 per day.

They are counting every single vote and counting them accurately.

Kudos to the County Recorders in both parties and the Secretary of State's Office for conducting this cumbersome counting process with professionalism and transparency.

Sec. of State Reagan's office has been very transparent about how many votes are out in each county, and they have provided detailed public updates on an ongoing basis.

2. There was a report I read that Republican Party Leaders were upset with McSally

Apparently they want her screaming "Fraud" at the top of her lungs and she won't. Even Ducey tweeted how important it was to count all the votes (after Sinema had moved ahead!)
She may be awful, but she's not stupid - McSally is where she is because of the lengthy counting process in AZ.

4. McSally is likely holding out to be appointed to the other Senate seat

Among some senior Republicans, there is suspicion about why McSally has chosen to hold back. Some are convinced that she’s willing to let the race go and instead hope for an appointment to the state’s other Senate seat. Kyl, who was picked to replace the late Sen. John McCain, has yet to commit to serving for a full term.

When the updated numbers are released later today, McSally will likely be mathematically eliminated.

Watch for the RW conspiracy theorists to ramp up their bogus cries of "fraud".

from an elections official to discuss my husband’s signature, which, she told me, she had noticed was deteriorating over the years, and could she she send someone to witness it. Instead, he went to making an X, and I attested to it. I think that’s a rare degree of attention.

They let you vote from work or home and use a pin instead of a dubious signature match system. I know they will never allow it but the way we do elections is outdated including the fact election day is on a Tuesday.

I have to give credit to (GOP) Sec. of State Reagan's office for being very transparent about how many votes are out in each county, and they have provided detailed public updates on an ongoing basis.

and grantcart for the links to watching the count online and why it takes so long. I have no problem waiting for all votes to be counted.
