they could have got it out just stomping on it. I know the country they are in, that Lehman's Lovegrass is pretty flammable but you can put a fire out if you get right on top of it.

the State Land Dept should hit them for shooting too. not allowed unless you are hunting legally. target shooting of any kind not allowed on rangeland.
