McCain (R-AZ) says "I can see us going Democrat"

Is she setting herself up to run for some office? This article does not sound like someone who really intends to "stay out of politics".

Cindy McCain, widow of the late Sen. John McCain, distanced herself from the Republican Party during the taping of a podcast that was released Wednesday.

"If you're not walking the line, then you're out. That's just not right. That's not the party that my husband and I belonged to."

McCain said she believes Arizona, a historically Republican state, could go the other way in the 2020 election.

"I can see us going Democrat, I really can," she said.
But McCain said she's staying out of politics for the time being.

Nevada is in this same process. It is all about Migration of newly retired from the Midwest and East Coast. As well as a transition of new High Tech to the Southwest. Plus, all of the new Emigrants.

Someone who studies population movement stated many of the Southwestern Cities are turning over populations in a seven year cycle.

It's going to go blue very soon. It's just a matter of whether it's in 2020 or 2024. And that'll offset Iowa exiting stage right.

happened since just 2009. North Las Vegas which is the third largest City in Nevada has a 50 /50 population mix of Caucasians and Minorities. BTW,it could be more in the favor of Non Whites. But,the Economic effect is just amazing how this City has recovered from the 2009 disaster caused by bad building policies as well as the amount of debt taken on by clueless City Council Members.

Oh,can not forget, the hot Home market is North Las Vegas at this time.

Tons of mover inners from California as well as the Midwest and New England. This is creating a massive build out of Retail Services demanded by a more liberal population.

And the major upside is,the City of North Las Vegas come from the edge of Bankruptcy to regaining their Moody's and Fitch Credit Ratings for selling and servicing any Bonds.
