Its Rare that happens! The rain is coming down in sheets right now... But I am cosy and warm with a nice cup of coffee, and had some amazing Chinese food earlier. Snuggle time!

Nor lightning. I used to live in Scottsdale Arizona and they had amazing lightning! It was like nature putting on a lightshow!

The Rain comes down from up north or from over the ocean, and it really doesn't build up into those super thunder clouds you see, until it reaches Arizona and Nevada. Its so rare here... mostly if it Rains, it just rains.... no lightning and thunder in the City by the bay, but it does happen sometimes...not very often however.

I lived in Salt Lake City. One day I went over to a friends house. It was pretty warm and no snow on the ground. Within a two hour period while I was inside, it dropped a ton of snow on us, so by the time I left the house there was 3 feet of snow on the ground and it was coming down so hard you could barley see. My friend drove me home in her car, about 5 blocks away, and I got inside and cranked up the heat...I froze my buns off!!
