I think she should be prosecuted and see where the facts lead. I don’t think jail is appropriate, but a hefty fine and long term community service.

---leads one to wonder if hers is also one of law enforcements' expert witnesses that turn out to be based on bullshit. Kinda like the arson expert or the dental tooth mark expert whose testimonies were pulled out of their asses/
