Sascha is my daughter, and currently a Speaker Pelosi-appointed CA Dem delegate. She wanted to give electoral politics a go this time, especially to try to break down some barriers regarding the electability of someone quadriplegic with a speech disability. I've very proud of her--this daughter I gave birth to as a single teenage mother, who I was told would "never be able to do much of anything"!
Vote for Sascha Bittner for CA DEM AD 19: A Delegate for ALL!!
? A progressive who believes in the value of inclusiveness and collaboration
? Longtime disability & domestic workers rights activist who provided disability education workshops for over 20 years to thousands of students in SF schools to promote inclusion & combat bullying
To paraphrase Shirley Chisolm: If they dont give you a seat at the table, bring your own wheelchair!!
