Meaning either the worker or the employer can terminate the relationship without notice or reason.

That’s not the same thing as Right To Work.

I lived and worked in California all my life until I moved up to Oregon twenty years ago.

Whe I was there, you could not be fired without due process, and you could challenge the firing. This was true for even low level, low paying jobs.

Oregon, unfortunately, is a right to work state.
