Sorry to report

A judge just struck down Longmont's ban on fracking. I hope Longmont will appeal as the state may now sue Boulder and other towns fighting fracking. Every day there is more evidence of the harm fracking is doing to our health and our environment. And the lying letters, press and tv ads from the big oil and gas industry increase, supported by state and local elected officials and millions of dollars from out of state pacs like the Kocks.

Republicans in North Carolina have made it a Felony to discover and communicate to another person the contents of the fracking injection recipe. So, you know it's gotta be bad - REAL BAD!
