Starting today, MMJ providers are not able to use their VISA/MC credit card system.

I had to get cash from my ATM nearby to complete my transaction at Kind Love (a little pricey, but their stuff are tops)

They still take Discover, but that is supposed to end at the end of the month.

They told me they are looking into solutions involving debit cards.

The trend is now 61% for legalization.

That using CC, it would be easier to track the actual dollar made to be taxed. Can't they have ATM's in store? I know they have fee's, but if you need to do it right away, it's not a big problem. Maybe get inside vending machines. You look over the product at the counter, and make your purchase through the machine with cash, or CC.

has decided to stop after warnings to a bank in Virginia to stop accepting and processing cash for MMJ disepnsaries following federal law.

Threats of RICO was made.

So they chickened out and stopped.

The cash only business model only creates trouble. The feds needs to remove cannabis from drug schedule.
