The Weld County Democratic Party HD-50 vacancy committee will appoint her replacement.
The silver lining to this cloud is that Republicans pushing for recall will be denied a chance to replace her, the seat will remain Democratic.
Other than that, we're still waiting for the WTF to shake out. Damn.
