of what we Colorado Dems want to see.

I happen to know that one of the Legislature's agenda is to set up civil unions and make it legal. This one is going to burn the FotF's asses hard.

Can we raise taxes to the wealthy to help increase revenue?

Can we get FotF to fuck off elsewhere besides Colorado Springs (as in hefty taxes raised on them)

Just some ideas to throw out..

it's part of tabor, but i'm not sure if applies to taxes on businesses.

5. Then let's get rid of TABOR for good.

That legislation is a BAD legislation put together by Douglas Bruce, who is now a disgraced moron.

We continue to deBruce most of his TABOR crap, but let's just throw it out in the garbage, where it belongs. I think by now Colorado knows what to do with the money instead of forcing it to return it to the taxpayers.

I am a taxpayer, and i want the state to use the money for other purposes. Not give it back to us.

7. i don't think i've ever seen a tabor refund

i agree that the amendment should be scrapped, but i don't know that voters would go for overturning it.

and I think it's the 1%'ers that get the TABOR refunds.
