I've mostly seen reports on the local news in Kansas City... Colorado's neighbor. No scary theme music or warnings, just showing happy people who are so glad they are no longer considered criminals for using an herb.

And as a bonus they have reels of new stock Cannabis smoking footage to use for future stories.
