Woman finds noose in Wilmington Home Depot, similar to incidents reported around country
Lisa Flowers was shopping at Home Depot on Miller Road in North Wilmington on Friday when she discovered a noose tied into the end of a spool of rope.
"NO IT'S NOT OK," she wrote on Facebook. Her photos of the noose have since been shared by hundreds of users.
Flowers was shopping for her mother's birthday along with her sister Lyonni, daughter and brother when she made the discovery.
Lyonni Flowers said she could not believe what she saw.
"I look over ... and I'm just in disbelief," she said, describing the moment she spotted the noose. "This is not what I see."
