Bradenton: girl missing, her mother charged with contempt of court

An 11-year-old Bradenton girl is missing and her mother has been arrested for not cooperating with authorities regarding the girl's whereabouts, authorities say.
According to Bradenton police, case workers from the Department of Children and Families came to Keishanna Thomas' home last week to take her five children into their custody, but Janiya was not there and they say Thomas refused to offer an explanation.
