Anybody signed up for GOTV efforts for the August primary?

I'm not able to get out to help but I've offered the use of my house as a staging point for eastern Leon County for August 27, 28, 29 and 30. I can help coordinate the teams, give them a place to cool off and take breaks, let them have computer access, etc.

The campaign person for this part of the county has no where to let them teams meet, and my house is in a central location. Plus I have the room with tables and chairs.

Anyone here volunteering for GOTV for the primary? PM me if you're in eastern Leon County!

But while they are doing that they will be practicing the GOTV for the general election.

Unfortunately, I have a prior commitment for the GE and will be out of town.

registered and to the polls.

I've seen a little shift in attitudes toward Trump in my area. Many of the ones who once bragged about being for Trump are now slowly moving away from him, and we're in a very red area.

I only know one person who has said she was voting for Trump. I doubt she (and her husband) will change - they are very much tea party types. I have the feeling that Trump could pull out a gun on stage and shoot some of his own followers and it wouldn't make a difference to them.

I've know the wife casually for decades. We share interests in horses and in needlework so we stick to those topics. I don't talk politics with her - it would disrupt the club we are both members of.
