And you have to get to Section 16, paragraph 10, sub-paragraph (b) of the amendment (not included on the ballot) to discover that you are voting to limit “all state-level appeals and collateral attacks on any judgment” in a death penalty case within five years, “unless a court enters an order with specific findings as to why the court was unable to comply with this subparagraph.”

Yes, you’re not only voting to increase the retirement ages of judges, to reiterate a bunch of victim’s rights that already exist, and to violate a decades-old legal precedent to help polluters evade environmental regulations. You’re also voting to put a five-year clock on death penalty appeals.

5. I'd already planned to vote NO on that one

Most of the things I've read suggest voting No on 6. Those for it have a lot of ads on TV to vote yes. I'm worried that people will vote yes due to the TV ads that make it sound like a good thing.

6. All of the "Bundlers" are garbage

We have 12 amendments and 4 of them are bundlers. I guess they thought they could put this little bow on it and get us to vote for it. I wish there was a campaign out there to Vote No as much as Marcy's Law is paying for ads now. And I'm sick of seeing Kelsey Grammar on those commercials
