STAY HOME! FL surges to highest positive coronavirus test rate.

1,698 new cases. Another article I read today from the Orlando Sentinel said we are up to a 6.1% positive test rate which is higher than the 5.3% average.

And if you have to go out, stay 6 feet away from people and wear a dang mask!

5. The increases

Are in counties where they already had most of the cases to begin with - Broward/Dade/Palm Beach had over 600 of those new cases and when you consider Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area, Orlando, and Jacksonville, its over 1,200 of the total. Its not a coincidence that those areas also have high rates of senior citizens.

6. My gawd and the republicans still plan to hold a convention in Jacksonville? . . .

With shithole in control, no mask and no distancing. It's like a cult leader corralling his cult slowly into pain, suffering and death.

9. Been isolating

since mid-Feb. View from my lanai is lovely with a pond and woods. Hubby is a sweetie, and dog and parrot are very entertaining. Enjoying life and want to hang around awhile. So because so many are stupid doubters here and spreading the disease, we'll stay put and continue to enjoy the scene. So miss family, but Zoom helps. Should change my screen name to Justchillin!

10. The most important and under reported data is hospital

bed , ICU and ventilator data. Positive test don't mean anything if no one is getting sick enough to be hospitalized. I know Florida makes this data impossible to find.

11. That is correct. But we need the data. The other day I read that our R factor was 1.07.

Anything over 1.0 and we start seeing exponential growth.
