Athens (GA) for Bernie Sanders: Organizing with Bernie 7/29 @ 6pm

Athens (GA) for Bernie Sanders: Organizing with Bernie
Wed. July 29 at 6pm at the Athens-Clarke County Library auditorium

https://www.facebook.com/events/735356876575206/

Bernie Sanders has spent his entire career fighting for the middle and working class. As the economy and the political process have excluded more and more all but the wealthy and powerful interests, it is time for the voice of the people to be heard.

That is why Bernie Sanders is running for president in 2016 and why YOU are needed.

Please join Athens for Bernie Sanders for a planning and organizing meeting to find out how you can help.

A special part of the evening will be a live feed address by Bernie Sanders himself.

We will be meeting at the Athens-Clarke County Library in the auditorium on July 29th at 6:00pm.

Seating capacity is 165. Theatre seating, large screen. Bernie will be live.

Athens-Clarke County Library
2025 Baxter Street
Athens, GA 30606
(706) 613-3650

We hope to have a big turn out. If you are in Northeast Georgia, please consider making the short trip to Athens for our second organizing event.

Feel the Bern!

No, not really, but everyone using an internet connection on the 29th should be aware that Microsoft is launching Windows 10 that day and the bandwidth used for that should be immense. As it happens the rollout was apparently set months ago and has nothing to do with the campaign. However, anyone who is relying on secure connections should look into the potential for problems.
