Illinois Treasurer Michael Frerichs is right. Rauner is destroying our state. Rauner must enact the budget and stop destroying our state. He is not the CEO of some business who can act unilaterally. Government cannot be run like a business.

Rauner the Ruiner needs to do the perp walk as badly as 45. Call, people. Write, email, protest this wannabe dictator.

2. I run into Frerichs everywhere.

He comes to every picnic, every spaghetti dinner, every event, no matter how small. He does his job and then some.

In my professional life, and in my life as an activist and Democratic Party office holder, I have had contact with quite a few state agencies. The Illinois State Board of Elections is very professional. The state library is very professional. Lisa Madigan's office is very professional. The nameless, faceless people who are simply doing their jobs are doing them well. These are the people who may bring down this republican scum. I hope the same is true at the Federal level, with 45.
