4. Precinct captain....

Spent over 24 hrs working democrats tent at fair...

Spent over 100 hrs calling and knocking on doors..

Donated to many campaigns, not just Sara’s...

And I am just getting started..

5. Same here...

I am canvassing a local precinct tomorrow with a candidate. We will distribute literature for Sara, David Simpson and Amy Davis while we are out and about.

I will be working a precinct that does not have a precinct committee person. Since it is in my community, I know most of the Democrats. I have a VoteBuilder walk list, too. We also look for new precinct committee people and election judges, too.

It is hard work and fun. It never ends. I despise how red this district is!

6. Illinois is gerrymandered by and for Democrats.

I wound up in Roskam's district. He won't see voters either and we're working hard to get rid of the Kochlican. But we have weird red districts because Dems drew the lines so there's only five or six red districts in the state.
