Marylanders show support for same-sex marriage, Dream Act, Gonzales poll shows

Supporters of the Dream Act are furthest ahead, with 58 percent of respondents saying they would support it, according to the survey by Gonzales Research & Marketing Strategies. Only 34 percent opposed.


Supporters of same-sex marriage have an eight-point advantage, the poll showed. Fifty-one percent said they would vote for the law, and 43 percent said they would vote "no."

illegal immigrant do not deserve special rights. Since they are by definition from "out of state". let them pay the out of state rate... zim

You don't want the 'illegals' to get educated and become smarter than you? Too late!

Most of these undocumented students are here not out of their own choice. Their parents brought them, why punish them?

Also, what better way to improve society than to get people educated!

The MD law requires undocumented students to attend community college first and it requires them to be high school graduates. I like the idea. I do not see any negatives.
