Free Stuff on the Eastern Shore

Hey everybody! We're scheduled to go to settlement on our condo Wednesday and have been busy moving. We've been getting rid of a lot of stuff but still have a queen sized mattress and box springs (very clean but a little on the hard side) an old wooden shelf that I've been using outside as a potting shelf, a small tv and a few other small things that I need to get rid of. I have a feeling that settlement will get postponed but, if not, we need to get rid of this stuff by Wednesday morning. If anyone thinks they might want it and has a truck or a van that could pick it up, pm me or just post a message in this thread.

I'm super frantic with moving and the hurricane but I'll check in here as often as possible. I should know better by tomorrow morning when we will be doing the final move. I want one person to take it all, if possible. If settlement gets postponed, I will probably have some more stuff you could have if you wanted. We boxed up a lot of stuff and took it to storage Sunday to try to beat the storm so if settlement gets postponed, I can get some of that out and add it to the freebie pile. That would probably be some Christmas stuff and books and things like that.

Sorry this message is kind of rambling. It has just been crazy trying to move in the middle of a hurricane. We're in Kent Island, by the way.

I got rid of a bunch of stuff that way when I moved. I didn't want to throw stuff out, but had to get rid of it. Most of it, people took. I figured it was better to give the stuff to people who could use it instead of it going into a land fill.
