What was up on 695 Towson/Lutherville exit 26 tonight
Heading south on vacation and to check out some grad schools with our kids, and just saw an all plain black glass bus labeled K&V Limo, escorted by 5 police SUVs with lights and sirens, helicopter overhead, 2 State Farm Emergency Response vehicles. All turned off, including the helicopter, at exit 26, Towson/Lutherville.
