2 off-duty law enforcement officers struck, killed on I-270 in Montgomery County.
'Two off-duty officers are dead following a multi-vehicle crash on I-270 in Montgomery County Friday night.
Officials identify the fist victim as Deputy Chief State Fire Marshall Sander Cohen, 33, of the Office of the State Fire Marshall. The other victim has been identified as Supervisory Special Agent Carlos Wolff, 36, of the Federal Bureau of Investigation by state police.
