Calvert County has received reports of a burning or chemical smell in our region.
Public Safety has been advised by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources that the smell is caused by smoke from a large brush fire in North and South Carolina. Due to current wind patterns, the smoke is drifting into our area and may continue for the next several days.
((DAMN, I think I smell it!))
