Who do I vote for?

I'm having a hard time finding any info about the candidates for District 1 court of appeals. (Vote for 3)

I can't find any Democratic Party endorsements.

They are:

Karen Fort Hood
Christopher Murray
Michael Talbot
Robert Breslin
Brian Broderick
Joan Gebhardt
Terry Gilligan
Howard Raymond Petty

Can anyone help?

for, no matter where you're from. It would be nice if the party would put a sheet out to help guide a person.

Okay, I called the Michigan Democratic Party Headquarters, and spoke with "Ryan" - Very Nice Guy - who educated me on the fact that the "party" does NOT endorse any candidates for local judicial positions - they only do the Supreme Court because you have to be nominated by a party to get there.

For the Supreme Court, the candidates for the full term are RICHARD BERNSTEIN and BILL MURPHY; the partial (2-year) term is DEBORAH THOMAS.

BERNSTEIN, MURPHY & THOMAS

For the LOCAL elections, he recommended I go to the "Michigan Association for Justice" --

https://www.michiganjustice.org/index.cfm?pg=Endorsement

If you click on the banner that says "Endorsements" you see the following:

Judicial Endorsements The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) endorses candidates that will fight to protect the right to a civil trial by jury. MAJ supported candidates will promote a fair and effective justice system. All judicial candidates have been interviewed by the MAJ Judicial Qualifications Committee. Endorsements for all offices are voted on by the Executive Board. MAJ does not endorse candidates for legislative office. If you are interested in recieving MAJ's endorsement please email Steve Pontoni at spontoni@michiganjustice.org to get more information.

Voter Guide - VERY informative. The Libertarian candidate for State Attorney General is a mechanic, with no legal experience.

Don't even get me started on some of the other crazy stuff they were saying in hopes of getting elected.
