What does Uruguay know that we don't?
Hopefully it's just a general reaction to Dayton being close to Detroit and not specific intel...

DETROIT, MI (WILX) -- Uruguay is sending out a warning to its citizens--to avoid traveling to Detroit.
The Latin American country claims their travel warning comes in response to this week's mass shootings in Texas and Ohio.
Although there wasn't one in Detroit, Uruguay says Detroit, Albuquerque and Baltimore as cities people should avoid.
Uruguay's foreign ministry says the cities are among the 20 most dangerous in the world.
Citizens were advised to avoid places like U.S. theme parks, shopping centers, festivals and sporting events.
