Even though it's so clearly proper and warranted, and so many everyday heroes have come forward to endorse it, I can't help but feel that the "screw the unions" crowd are going to rear their ugly head come election day.
We live in a state that far too often get a perverse joy out of sticking it to public and private union workers, even though it ultimately screws them over too. If this proposal fails, I'm guessing Michigan will be a right to work state within five years.
