@GovWhitmer moving to revoke the 67-year-old agreement that’s allowed @Enbridge and it’s predecessors to operate twin 20-inch wide oil pipelines running along the lakebed of Lake Michigan in the Straits of Mackinac.

And it would be nice to look deeper into things like Cook Nuclear in southwest Michigan and its use of Lake Michigan for cooling water...

Not to downplay a significant act, but there are so many people extracting money from the Great Lakes (and ALL natural resources) with total abandon and "externalizing" the costs to society that I am sickened just thinking about it... Kudos to Governor Whitmer for at least having the courage to START addressing these issues.

Ya think Nestle would be be hugely behind this... they’re sucking the water out.
