Bradlee Dean "Sons of Liberty" billboard in Uptown

I was driving past Franklin Ave on Hennepin and saw a billboard similar to this:

Every so often, a right-wing billboard goes up in that exact spot above the Lowry Hill Liquor Store. I think some local looney must own the sign.
