Montana state budget clears hurdle -- early
SESSION ROLLS FORWARD:It strikes me that this legislative session is moving forward with leaps and bounds.
It kinda feels like it’s gotten ahead of itself. The state spending bill, House Bill 2, has cleared the house and senate. It's Day 70 of the 90-day session.
I guess they go back and revisit it if there are changes.
It kind of reminds me of the movies where the motorcycle sidecar gets in front of the motorcycle.
