Mail theft

Getting a post office mail box tomorrow.
In the past three weeks a Master Card, two gift cards (each from different companies) and my Blue Cross insurance card were mailed out to me from four different parts of the U.S.
None were delivered to my locked mail box at my apartment complex.
The only thing they have in common is that they would have arrived at the local post office on San Antonio NE, Albuquerque, NM.

I spoke with Ashley at the post office today and she said she would talk to the route’s mail carrier.

All four items from outside appearance could be guessed to contain a credit card, and one actually did.
Each item was mailed from a different part of the U.S., and none made it to my mail box.

Again, the only thing they have in common is that they would have arrived at the local post office on San Antonio NE.

For me it's been debit cards, election ballots and health insurance documents.

You have my sympathies.

sorry I forgot where - a mail carrier was dumping his mail in a ditch after taking credit cards and gift cards from the Christmas mail.

I just mailed a gift card and worried until I was notified it was received.
At least the carrier will face federal charges - severe ones.

Get ready for it to increase even more as tax time approaches and personal information is flowing through the mail.
