The fabulous A.R.T. project

KRGQ TV (channel 13 in Albuquerque) said this morning it could be another year before the A.R.T. bus system is up and running.
Several stations have to be redone; we've only received half the buses promised; and the buses we have received have mechanical and structural problems.

I think there should be an investigation to see if any government officials received any incentive to promote this project;
as former Mayor Berry called it "A world class transit system".

a bigger waste of money and headache. The least they could have done on this scale is have an electric system. What a complete mess! Have you been stuck in traffic during the years of construction? I have. Again, what a mess!
