Cyclists hit the streets for Five Boro Bike Tour

NEW YORK (WABC) -- treets and major thoroughfares across New York including parts of the FDR Drive will be closed for part of the day Sunday as 32,000 take part in the Five Boro Bike Tour.

Among the closings, the southbound FDR Drive from 3rd Avenue Bridge is closed until 1 p.m., the Manhattan-bound upper level of the Queensboro Bridge is closed from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and the Staten-Island bound lower level of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge will be closed from around 11 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

At the back of it was a Sag Wagon. If it caught up to you, you could throw your bike in the back and ride the rest of the way. That thing was on my ass all the way from Newtown Creek.
