Ringling Brothers performers crash to ground during aerial act

Several performers were injured after a problem with an aerial act occurred during a performance at the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus in Providence R.I. Sunday afternoon.

The performers fell to the ground after being suspended on cables in the air that collapsed, reports the Providence Journal.

An online video from the incident uploaded online shows the performs handing from a large object and then everything crashed to the ground as the PA announcer uttered a curse word.
