Female NYPD officer punched in East Harlem; suspect sought

EAST HARLEM (WABC) -- Police are searching for the man who punched a female officer in the face while she was patrolling a Manhattan neighborhood.

The officer suffered several broken teeth and cuts to her face.

The incident occurred at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday while the officer and her partner were patrolling Clinton Houses on Park Avenue between East 104th and 105th Streets.
