Some subway system ya got there. This is the 157th St. 1 line right now.

No way I'd be wading through waist deep water to get to my train. This is insane.

How does a third rail function under water?

Followup question.. the tracks are generally below the level of the station.. if the station is flooded, tracks should be deeper flooded, and even if the electricity wasn't disrupted.. how are trains plowing through that much water?
