I once lived in Owego (Yes, I have lived in Owego and Oswego; I'm planning a move to Otsego one of these days 
), literally a stone's throw from the edge of his district. Since then I've been keeping an ear open for mention of his name, and I've appreciated that he's been one of the more liberal voices in the HoR.
